Re: Teething--HELP!!Poor Kabir! All four at once?? Teething gel is OTC but I've never bought it here. Try stopping in at any pharmacy--maybe someone here has an extra tube. Good luck!
Re: Teething--HELP!!thanks Jen. Will do!
Re: Teething--HELP!!Divea,
they didnt really work for us, try 'frozen' teething rings? or icy cold treats, those seem to work better but the weather is a bump! ![]() Michele & Brendan

Re: Teething--HELP!!Thanks Michele. Yeah I tried for gels, butthe pharmacists didn't have any and recommended ibuprofen or acetimenophins......the weather is horrid and my son has a bad cold so frozen stuff is a big no no, including cool carrot sticks. I tried the latter but he wasn't interested. He is gnawing his fingers for now, but I know the next few weeks will be difficult!!
Re: Teething--HELP!!how bout chilled baby towels? he might like that...

Re: Teething--HELP!!My DD had all 4 come in at the same time as well. I used Hyland's Teething tablets - she never took to the frozen teething rings or towels.

Re: Teething--HELP!!Thanks, the towels are gagging him. Or he is trying to gag on them. Now where do I get Hyland's???
Thanks y'all for the tips!
Re: Teething and Weaninghi,
any idea if i can get dentinox teething gel here or is there another brand that I can get from the pharmacies here? the little one is on a milk strike..... ![]() thanks Jean
Re: Teething and WeaningHi Jean,
I still have never seen the teething gels for sale here. We had good success with frozen things like washcloths, and teething toys. Pretty cold for that now though! ![]() Taipei Doula Services http://www.beautifulbeginnings.com.tw

Re: Teething and WeaningWell, in the States there is Baby Oragel. Its like adult formula Oragel, but I suppose minus the alcohol.
In all seriousness though, you could just line his gum with a cotton Q-Tip/your finger in whiskey. My grandmother used to do it and we turned out fine ;) Mrs. jimipresley: You're scaring the girl!
