He was OK in Bedtime for Bonzo but shone in The Santa Fe Trail, I thought.

I hope you're being serious because this is an APPRECIATION thread. Any mockery will result in me officially labeling you as Sandinista Sandy
and that means Tainan Rambo is gonna go all medieval on your ass.

He was pretty good at riding, too. Horses, that is. You'd need to be asking Nancy about the other kind.

So, I'm wasting my time starting this thread? Did you look at any of the links I posted?

Can't look at vids in the office, but they're all, like, politics and boring stuff like that. I prefer to reminisce about the interesting Reagan stuff, which of course is his acting career. I mean, he was an actor for twice as long as he was in politics.
Its not a waste of time, though. TC will be along shortly to get your back, while there'll doubtless be the leftist, commie tree-huggers chiming in, plus a few sly digs about Iran-Contras and the like. Damn pinko scum.

Then, if it's of no interest to you, why bother posting here?

I'm sure there are plenty of other posters who saw this thread and, disliking Reagan, were tempted to have a dig, but they didn't. You have the self-restraint of a hyperactive Gibbon.

Recently I've spent a lot of my precious free time posting useful (but pretty damn dry) stuff on this forum (I work from home so I don't do this on my employer's dime), so I figured I could indulge myself with something closer to my heart.

Hate Reagan? Start a thread on it.

Funny, I like to see women brawling too.

Anyway, I'm getting roped into some cleaning, and food prep, so need to dash. I'll post a couple of Taiwan-related Reagan mini-stories when I have time.

He was one of the few presidents who could really give a song and dance.
