SummerPoint has added a third location, SummerPoint 3.0, right behind SummerPoint Jr.

It looks pretty damn nice, and the weather down there is better than Taipei's by a long shot!

We got to stay here last week after a few days of camping. Very nice room, with a great view.

And of course the outdoor tub is awesome.

It isn't a hot tub, though, at least it doesn't have the "massage jets" that one would expect. There is a hot water tank next to the tub, and although it comes out HOT, there isn't enough hot water in there to fill the tub (which is pretty ginormous). In the summer, when the temperatures soar, that wouldn't be a problem, but in the winter, especially in the evenings, it would have been nice to soak all the way up to one's neck in hot water. Oh well. It's amazing that it's even there, so I can't really complain.

That looks good (despite the quintessentially Taiwanese power socket next to the hot tub).

How much are they charging per night for that room in your pictures, and is it on the top floor?

During CNY, it goes for $3k, but the rest of the year prices are lower. Yes, that room was on the top floor.
