Determining Whether the Taiwanese Prosecutor's Office Has Pursued Case

Postby laohe » Sun Aug 07, 2016 14:20

I'm back again. I've found some somewhat appealing job offers in Taiwan again; but, as of my last thread, I am in the dark regarding the status of my case. Now, someone whom I trust in Taiwan did tell me that there is a way to find out via Taiwan's police website. However, after some reading and entering all of the relevant data that I could find, I couldn't dig up any records.

So, how can I more reliably determine the status of my case from abroad?

Also, is there a separate procedure for determining whether the Taiwanese prosecutor issued a warrant for my arrest?

Before I take my next steps, I need to get answers to these above questions.

Thanks to all of you who can provide any productive answers!
