I got some great and accurate responses to my previous post on getting a long term visa for Taiwan. I enquired further at the local Taiwanese embassy and it turns out I can get a TARC for myself (both my parents are Taiwanese) & my DH & children can get it too as they are with me. If I stay for a year, then I am able to apply for residency/ID card.
Does anyone know what the process is then to apply for a residency/ID card for my kids? Are they able to get it based on having one parent having residency? And my DH?
