I've signed up for an end of May ascent. How strenuous is it? Anyone here done it?

It doesn't look too difficult. The hike to Paiyun Lodge is apparently arduous. Not something that I would take on, but I'm sure for you it'll be a moderately strenuous stroll.

I went up years ago when I was a younger bloke. I didn't find it hard, but I was surprised how cold it was up there in May. People often say they found the climb hard, but there were older people with us and they seemed fine. Not sure how I would experience it now, though.
