Has anyone seen the beef ribs they are selling in Carrefour? The Taiwanese call them axes. About 1000NTD a shot.

50 minutes in the oven at 190 - they are just to die for.

I have a feeling they are at a starter low price to build up demand, and gradually the price will increase. So, get in there quickly!
