Hot Pot Surprise

The problem the hot pot/shabu shabu restaurants have is any customer can chuck anything they have on them into the pot. I predict a large number of copycat situations.

Rat's supposed to be quite tasty.

I used, as a child, to shoot hares. On occasion, when we gutted them, we would find a pair of foetuses inside. Delicate, meaty morsels with a slight crunch when you bit into the skull. Delicious. They looked just like that baby rat in the photo. Yummy!

I remember my dad gutting a couple of rabbits he'd shot. The stink was beyond belief.
